It’s been a long night in this hotel room
Still in the back of my mind plays some forgotten toon
I think about a girl I can’t recall her name
I guess this lonely life is driving me insane

I look back on distant memories
Of a world I knew and the way things used to be
What I would give just to go back again
And drink it up with the boys my friends
